There are various routes available to work with me. I offer various modalities of life/wellness coaching to help woman develop self-healing habits. These self-healing habits and tools will help women reduce their stress, anxiety, fatigue, or high blood pressure.
The old way of reducing these mind/body effects were to take bubble baths, light candles, and engage in retail therapy.
